  • Make sure you are as healthy as possible, including sleeping enough, drinking lots of water, getting proper nutrition and exercising.

  • Don’t completely shut yourself off from the outside world. Social distancing does not mean social isolation!

  • Do a good deed. Spread kindness.

  • Take a break. Read a book. Play a board game. Spend time with your family.
